The Application accesses the following categories of data through Google APIs, after obtaining your consent via the OAuth 2.0 flow:

Google Drive files: metadata (name, type, modification date), file content, folder structure.
Google profile information: email address, name, and avatar, required for identification and account display within the Application.

3. Purposes of data use#

The collected data is used exclusively to:

Enable viewing and management of your Google Drive files from the Application.
Perform user-requested operations (reading, writing, organizing files).
Ensure the technical functioning of the Application and improve user experience.
Communicate with you regarding the operation of the Application, if necessary.

4. Data storage and retention#

Data in transit: data exchanged between the Application and Google servers is encrypted via TLS/HTTPS.
Stored data: the Application does not store your Google Drive files on its own servers. OAuth access tokens are stored securely and used solely to maintain your session.
Retention period: authentication tokens are retained until access is revoked by the user or the account is deleted. No user data is kept beyond the period necessary to provide the features.

The Application does not share, sell, or disclose any of your personal data to third parties, except in the following cases:

Legal obligation: if required by law or in response to a valid judicial request.
Protection of rights: to protect our rights, property, or safety, or those of our users.

6. Access and control over your data#

You may at any time:

Revoke access: from your Google account settings (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions).

Request a copy: of your data stored by the Application.
